Good point. But Egypt has been dealing with their own internal crises the past decade or so. Expanding to all Middle East countries, the IS just spent 20 years in Iraq and Afghanistan, and as war-weary as the US public is, the Middle East governments are probably scared about a US response due to the irrational dedication to Israel.
