We have the greatest healthcare in the world...for those who can afford it. (And not that many really can.)

One of the best satires about this was South Park's "Cure for Aids" being $180,000 of concentrated cash injected into your bloodstream.

The for-profit healthcare system is a joke since too many politicians make too much money from it, either through direct investment or from the lobbying industry. I don't know exactly what a national healthcare program would look like in the US, but it's got to be better than the current disaster we have. Cheaper, too!
